Wayne G. Orstad is committed to providing the absolute best quality inspections in the area and has been certified by the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) with the CRI designation - Certified Real Estate Inspector. Wayne is treasurer of the local chapter, NEHAHI. He is a state of Nebraska licensed Radon Measurement Specialist (license #12), is educationally certified by Inspection Training Associates (ITA) and holds degrees in Construction Engineering Technology and Industrial Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). He brings 30+ years experience in inspection, as well as construction engineering and management.
