Commercial Buildings
Commercial Inspections differ significantly from home inspections, both from the aspect of the usage and needs of the buyer. In commercial, site drainage and paving, including parking lots can be large maintenance issues. Mechanical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, structural, roofing, interior and exterior finishes are all on a larger scale and most often much more complex than homes. More experience and training is required for inspection of commercial properties.

Pre Purchase Inspections are a large part of properties we inspect. Normally a property has been selected, but a buyer will sometimes want a comparison of more than one property they are considering. We are available to provide important comparative information, assisting the buyer in that regard.

Construction Draw Reports: for new construction and remodeling, an inspection is often requested by loan companies as a verification of work completed before funds are released. We have years of experience in this area. We are available to fulfill your needs on a timely basis. We can also assist you on maintenance budgeting pointing out the greatest needs to allow you to prioritize needed repair work The building condition can be documented prior to leasing for record keeping purposes. We can provide the detailed information, as might be needed.

We consult with you on any property and inspect any portion. We will need to look at the property before quoting a price.

Our building experience began in 1969. Prior to HPI, we inspected existing buildings, managed and worked as a Project Engineer. Inspection of existing buildings and in progress construction of all building types, including quality control and overall control of projects has prepared us for our current business.
